摘要

本文以广东省民政职业技术学校为例,通过问卷调查分析了中职生职业生涯规划现状及指导需求,根据调查结果分析反映出的问题,提了一些对策。
        The study is based on the questionnaire of the students in Guangdong Vocational and Technical School of Civil Affairs in career planning. According to the questionnaire, the current situation and guidance requirements of the secondary vocational school students' career planning is analyzed. The countermeasures are put forward based on the problems reflected on the results of the survey analysis.
