大众创业背景下高职学生职业素养培养体系的构建

摘要
"大众创业、万众创新"为高职院校的人才培养工作提出了新的要求,高职学生职业素养的培养要有所创新、有所突破。在这样的背景下,构建高职学生职业素养培养体系具有重要意义。本文在厘清大众创业背景下高职生职业素养的内涵和特征的基础上,总结归纳出该背景下培养高职学生职业素养的内容,在分析职业素养培养机制不健全、"隐性职业素养"与"显性职业素养"培养比例失衡等现状的条件下,构建出将立德树人贯穿职业素养的培养过程始终;依据学情创新高职学生职业素养的教学模式;制定完善的高职学生职业素养培养模式制定完善的高职学生职业素养培养模式;创造实践环境进一步强化高职学生职业素养的培养;将企业文化与职业素养的培养有机融合的培养体系。
Mass entrepreneurship and innovation asks for the breakthrough on cultivation of professional accomplishment, which is also the new expection on talent cultivation at vocational college. Under the background, it is significant to build up the cultivation system for studernts' professional accomplshments. The paper, based on the connotation and characters of professional accomplishment under mass entrepreneurship, has summarized the content of professional accomplishment under the background and taken the moral education into the cultivation under the status quo of insufficient mechamism and the proportional imbalance between the recessive and the dominant professional accomplishments, innovated the teaching mode according to students' learning situation, perfected the cultivation mode, created the practice environment to strenghen the cultivation and made organic integration between corporate cultures and the cultivation of professional accomplishment.
