摘要
论文概述了目前国内外专利分析方法和专利平台建构方面的研究进展,分析了目前专利服务与交易平台的主要需求,提出了专利服务与交易平台的主要目标,构建专利服务与交易平台的主要功能。
        This paper summarized patent analysis methods and the construction of patent platform at home and abroad,analyzed the main requirements of the patent service and transaction platform,put forward the main objectives of the patent service and transaction platform,and constructed the main functions of the patent service and transaction platform.
