摘要
钢结构厂房机电安装工程一般包括动力电缆、工艺管道、给排水管道、消防管道和通风系统等部分。在大型建筑工程设计中,设备管线布置常常出现相互碰撞问题,不仅影响了室内净高,还造成了返工与浪费,严重时还会造成安全隐患。而在钢结构主体设计及施工中,要需考虑机电安装综合支架布置,以满足各管线安装需求。
        The electrical and mechanical installation of steel structure workshops generally includes power cables, process pipes, water supply and drainage pipes, fire pipes and ventilation systems. In the design of large-scale construction projects, the equipment pipeline layout often has mutual collision problems,which not only affects the indoor high height, but also causes rework and waste, and in serious cases, it also causes safety hazards. In the design and construction of the steel structure main body, it is necessary to consider the mechanical and electrical installation integrated bracket arrangement to meet the installation requirements of each pipeline.
