摘要
调查护理人员解释状况现状,为加强护理人员职业态度管理、提升护理服务质量提供参考依据。抽取南京市和苏南、苏中、苏北地区八所公立医院的护理人员和患者,针对护理人员解释状况进行问卷调查。结果显示,护患双方在解释中遇到的最大困难不同(P <0.001);护患双方在解释时体现的神态方面的感受也有很大差异(P <0.001),但各科室之间并无明显差异;护理人员对于解释的意义、主动性、解释所运用到的语言技巧方面也有一定差别。护理人员在解释方面有一定主动性,但责任心需进一步提高;医学问题复杂和患者知识匮乏是造成解释困难的重要原因;护理人员对解释时的语言技巧及神态等缺乏认知。建议护患之间换位思考,提高护理人员自身素质,强调解释的重要性,优化管理机制。
This study aimed to provide reference for improving the management of nursing professional attitude and nursing service quality by investigating the status of explanation service of nursing staff. Nurses and patients from 8 tertiary public hospitals among Nanjing and southern, central and northern Jiangsu Province were surveyed about the significance, difficult, initiative, deciding factor and attitude of nursing explanation service. The results showed that the greatest difficulties encountered by both nurses and patients in interpretation were different(P<0.001). There were also great differences in the feelings in terms of expression of interpretation of the nurse-patient(P<0.001). However, there was no significant difference between departments. There were great differences in the significance, initiative and the language skills of the explanation. Nursing staff have some initiative in the interpretation, but responsibility should be further improved and they cannot be detailed and specific. The complexity of medical problems and the lack of knowledge of patients are the important reasons for the difficulties in interpretation. Nursing staff lack of cognition of the language skills and the air of the interpretation. It was suggested to thinking the way of other between nurses and patients, improving the quality of nursing staff, stressing the importance of interpretation and optimizing management mechanism.
