摘要
为了解决长距离倾斜巷道煤矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车在上坡时出现柴油机尾气排放超标和油耗增大的问题;下坡时出现制动器失效,存在安全隐患的问题。从降低体积载荷比、提高附着力、动力传动系统优化设计、有限防滑差速器和制动系统设计等方面论述了满足肖家洼和高头窑煤矿长距离倾斜巷道的大承载能力的防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车设计特点及关键技术研究,使用表明整车承载能力大、爬坡速度快、下坡制动安全可靠。
        In order to solve the problem of explosion-proof diesel engine trackless rubber-tyred vehicle used in long-distance inclined roadway coal mine,causing severe emissions of diesel exhaust gas and increase fuel consumption running uphill,which also has potential safety hazard caused by brake failure in downhill running. The design features and key technologies of the explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle are discussed,which meets the large carrying capacity of the longdistance inclined roadway in the Xiaojiawa Coal Mine and Gaotouyao Coal Mine from reduction of volume load ratio,improve adhesion,optimal design of transmission system,finite slip differential and design of brake system. The use indicates that the vehicle has a large carrying capacity,a high climbing speed,as well as a safe and reliable downhill braking system.
