摘要

近年来,随着高职多元化招生的逐步实行,生源质量持续走低,而要实现高职院校高素质、高层次技能人才的培养目标,就对高职课程的教学提出了更高的要求。依据高职《有机化学》的教学特点,建议从激发学生兴趣、突出学生的主体地位、整合优化教学内容、探究知识的内在联系等四个方面进行《有机化学》课程改革,并进行了相应的实践,为高职院校的人才培养探索了新的思路。
        Shall be gradually practised in recent years,with higher vocational diversified enrollment,students quality falling,and to achieve high-quality,high-level technical talents training goal in higher vocational colleges,it puts forward higher requirements on higher vocational teaching. According to the characteristic of teaching of higher vocational " organic chemistry" advice from stimulate students interest,outstanding student 's main body status,integrated optimization of teaching contents,to explore the internal relations of knowledge and so on four aspects of " organic chemistry" course reform,and the corresponding practice,talent cultivation for higher vocational colleges explored the new way of thinking.
