摘要
临床技能培训在医学教育中起着极其重要的作用,它创设了尽可能贴近临床实际的高仿真患者和真实环境为医学者开展临床教学和考核,教学者利用各种虚拟模型设备,根据模型自身特点,进行分类,创建各类培训课程,开展多层面的系列培训课程,真实再现临床工作场景,为参训者提供一个零风险的学习临床知识、操作技能的条件与环境,不仅全面提高了学习者的临床综合诊断能力及各项操作技能,而且有效减少了医疗事故和纠纷在临床实践中的发生。
        The clinical skill training plays an important role in medical education.It has created highly simulated patients and real environments that are as close to clinical practice as possible to carry out clinical teaching and assessment for medical scholars.Scholars use various virtual model equipment to classify according to the model's own characteristics.Create various training courses,carry out a series of multi-dimensional training courses,truly reproduce the clinical working scene,and provide participants with a zero-risk learning clinical knowledge,operating skills conditions and environment.It not only improves the learner's clinical comprehensive diagnostic ability and various operating skills,but also effectively reduces the occurrence of medical accidents and disputes in clinical practice.
