摘要
采用线粒体COI基因序列对长江流域湖北段和江苏段蒙古鲌(Chanodichthys mongolicus)不同自然群体的遗传组成和结构进行了分析。结果显示,蒙古鲌种群的遗传多样性水平中等,群体的平均基因多态性为0.664,核苷酸多态性为0.002,不同种群间遗传多样性存在一定的差异。COI基因序列共检测了10种单倍型,其中4种单倍型在蒙古鲌不同种群间共享,其余单倍型为单个种群所特有。分子变异分析表明79.7%的变异发生在种群内。NJ聚类树和单倍型网络图分析均表明蒙古鲌不同种群未形成明显的谱系地理结构。
        The genetic variation and structure of the different natural populations of Chanodichthys mongolicus in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River was analyzed by using cytochrome oxidase subunit I(COI) sequencing. It was suggested that those nautral populations of C. mongolicus had the medium level of genetic diversity. Different levels of genetic diversity were found among those wild populations. The haplotype and nucleotide diversity were 0.664 and 0.002, respectively. Ten unique haplotypes were identified among C. mongolicus individuals based on COI sequences. Four haplotypes shared with any two populations of C. mongolicus and each of the other haplotypes belonged to a single population. The molecular variation analysis discolsed the variation within populations was 79.7%. NJ cluster tree and haplotype network analysis all showed that individuals of C. mongolicus were mixed together and did not form obvious phylogeographic structure.
