琼东南盆地深水区综合录井关键技术研究与应用

摘要
针对深水录井因受作业海况、海水低温、增压泵等不利影响所导致的多个技术难题,采用新型传感器及新一代录井系统GeoNEXT系统有效解决了绝对深度测量、井涌井漏、钻头功效、井眼状况等工程监测难题。以岩屑录井和LWD测井为基础,结合X射线衍射全岩矿物分析,准确获取地层岩性和成岩矿物信息;运用FLAIR地层流体识别技术有效识别低温钻井液中的轻烃组分,运用星型图面积法可对气油比进行准确评价,结合三维定量荧光录井技术可有效判断地层流体类型;运用PreVue地层压力监测技术有效监测了钻头下方地层压力情况。通过以上录井技术的多井次应用,逐步形成了适合中国南海自营深水录井作业的技术组合,有力支撑了琼东南盆地多个深水区的油气发现与评价。
        In view of the technical problems of deep water mud logging caused by the adverse effects of operation sea conditions,low temperature of sea water,booster pump and so on,a new type of sensor and a new generation of mud logging system of GeoNEXT system are used to effectively solve the problems of absolute depth measurement,well kick and lost circulation,drill efficiency,well bore condition and other engineering monitoring problems.Based on cuttings logging and LWD logging,combined with X-ray diffraction whole rock mineral analysis,the formation lithology and diagenetic mineral information is obtained accurately,light hydrocarbon components in low temperature drilling fluid are effectively identified by FLAIR formation fluid identification technology,accurate evaluation of gas-oil ratio can be made by using star map area method,combined with 3 Dquantitative fluorescence logging technique,formation fluid types can be effectively judged,the formation pressure under the bit is effectively monitored by using PreVue formation pressure monitoring technology.Through the multi-well application of the above mud logging technologies,the technical combination suitable for self-management deep-water mud logging operation in South China Sea has been gradually formed,which is beneficial to the oil and gas discovery and evaluation in the deep water area of Qiongdongnan Basin.
