“一带一路”背景下河南省外语人才供需分析及培养建议

本研究通过分析"一带一路"下河南省对外贸易状况及未来发展趋势,预判河南省未来外语人才需求的变化特点,同时对目前河南省高校外语学科状况进行了调查研究。研究发现:目前外语人才存在供需失衡现象,英语人才过剩,小语种人才稀缺;普通语言型人才过剩,而跨学科复合型外语人才稀缺。对此我们提出:调整语种结构,提升办学层次及特色,加强师资培养,加大复合型人才培养力度的建议。
Based on the situation of foreign trade and development trend of Henan province,the needs and characteristics of foreign language personnel are discussed and predicted.Through collecting and analyzing the data of foreign language disciplines of colleges and universities of Henan province,some problems are digged.We find that supply and demand of foreign language personnel are not balance,surplus of English language personnel and shortage of other languages personnel,surplus of language-focused personnel and shortage of interdisciplinary foreign language personnel exist widely.Therefore we propose that foreign language plan needs to be adjusted,and foreign language educational level and characteristic need to be improved,the teaching stuff should be cultivated and interdisciplinary foreign language talents is the main educational objective of foreign language personnel cultivation in the future.
