摘要
针对黑龙江多宝山铜钼矿石生产调试以来药剂成本偏高的问题,进行了Z-200捕收剂和CSU31捕收剂比较试验研究,考察了浮选水质、药剂制度、药剂添加点对选铜指标的影响。试验结果表明,Z-200捕收剂合适多宝山矿石性质,同等药剂用量下采用Z-200所获得的铜粗精矿指标优于CSU31,生产应用表明,Z-200添加在球磨机处其浮选指标好于添加搅拌槽中。
        In order to solve the high cost of reagents in the production of Duobaoshan copper and molybdenum ore in Heilongjiang,flotation tests on Z-200 collector and CSU31 collector were carried out. The effects of flotation water quality,reagent system and reagent addition point on copper concentrate index were investigated. The results showed that Z-200 was suitable for Duobaoshan ore,and the index of rough copper concentrate obtained by using Z-200 was better than CSU31 under the same dosage. Production applications indicated that the flotation index of Z-200 added in the ball mill was better than adding in the stirring tank.
