摘要
本文首次提出使用3D GIS高新技术来辅助规划验收的系列方法,包括采用激光雷达技术采集与快速构建竣工建筑方案三维模型方法、城市时态三维数据建库技术方法、海量三维数据LOD调度技术方法、虚拟场景分屏技术、优化算法后的图像识别技术等,科学辅助规划执法部门进行工程规划验收,成功破解了上述难题。结合天津市香年广场项目进行实验,成果成效显著,此技术方法获得了规划执法部门的一致认可。
This paper first puts forward a series of methods using 3 D GIS high technology to assist in the planning and acceptance,including the method of using lidar technology to collect and quickly build the 3 D model of completed construction project,the method of building the 3 D database of urban temporal data,the method of the massive 3 D data LOD scheduling,the method of split screen with virtual scene,the method of image recognition by optimization algorithm,etc.,they scientifically assist planning and law enforcement departments to carry out project planning and acceptance,successfully solve the above problems. Combined with the experiment of Tianjin Xiangnian square project,significant results have been achieved,and has been approved by the planning and law enforcement departments.
