摘要

目的:观察皮部引流法治疗痤疮的临床疗效并分析。方法:60名痤疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30人。观察组采用皮部刺血引流法,对照组采用单纯针刺法。两组均以5次为一个疗程,2个疗程后判断疗效。结果:经2个疗程治疗后,统计显示:观察组和对照组痤疮皮损积分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组总有效率为96. 7%,对照组为67.7%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:经过近1年半的临床观察,皮部引流法治疗痤疮疗效显著,明显改善患者症状,具有一定的临床指导意义。
        Objective: The clinical effect of meridian skin drainage on acne and its analysis. Methods: 60 acne patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 in each group. In the treatment group,meridian skin drainage was used,and the control group was treated with simple acupuncture. Both groups were treated 5 times as one course of treatment,and the curative effect was judged after 2 courses. Results: After 2 courses of treatment,the statistics showed that:( 1) The difference of acne dermatitis score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).( 2) The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7%,and that of the control group was 67. 7%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: After nearly one and a half years clinical observation,the meridian skin drainage method has a significant effect on acne treatment,significantly obviously improving the patient's symptoms,and has certain clinical guiding significance.
