摘要
工艺参数对单点渐进成形结果有较大影响。本文主要通过ABAQUS有限元软件对方锥件成形过程进行了模拟,研究了渐进成形中工具头直径对成形件的影响。并对成形结果进行了实验验证。结果表明,工具头直径为10 mm时,成形件所受应力最小,成形力最小,此时的成形件表面质量也最好。
The process parameters have great influence on single-point incremental forming. The forming process of Square Conical Parts was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software, and the influence of the tool head diameter on the forming parts during incremental forming was studied. And the forming results were verified by experiments. The results show that when the diameter of the tool head is 10 mm, the stress and the forming force are the least. Under this condition, the surface quality of the forming part is the best.
