洗选中心发展过程中安全文化的重要性

摘要
安全是煤矿企业发展的重要基石,管理是企业将"基石"进行巩筑的过程,而安全文化则是将安全与管理进行有机"催化",形成牢固的"安全理念"扎根于员工内心,而安全文化是安全管理的灵魂。论述了如何将安全文化根植于安全管理之中,让员工自觉遵守各项规章制度,提高员工安全文化素养,克服成为企业安全管理的重点与难点;通过强化安全文化建设,在提高员工自主保安的基础上,加强员工从"要我安全"向"我要安全"的思想转变。从而进一步夯实"以人为本"的安全理念,提升了洗选中心安全管理水平。
Safety is an important cornerstone for the development of coal mine enterprises.Management is the process of building "cornerstone" for enterprises,and safety culture is the soul of safety management.The paper discusses how to root the safety culture into safety management,let employees consciously abide by various rules and regulations,and improve the safety culture of employees.By strengthening the construction of safety culture,and improving the safety awareness of employees,the safety consciousness of employees should be changed from "want me to be safe" to "I want to be safe",so as to consolidate the safety concept of "people-oriented" and improve the safety management level of washing center.
