摘要
该研究运用TMS-Pro物性分析仪及自制仪器对稻谷外壳进行拉伸实验,测得稻谷外壳的力学特性参数及力-位移曲线,并结合稻谷外壳拉伸断裂裂纹处的显微图像分析稻谷外壳拉伸破坏过程。通过力-位移曲线和实验数据,得到稻谷外壳拉伸破坏前的力-位移回归方程,并通过对稻谷外壳的拉伸破坏力和弹性模量进行差异显著性分析,暨以探讨稻谷非正常破碎的原因及影响因素。
        In this study, the TMS-Pro physical property analyzer and self-made instrument were used to test tensile strength of the rice hull to get the mechanical properties and force displacement curves. In addition, the tensile fracture process of the rice hull was analyzed with the microscopic image of the tensile fracture cracks of the rice hull. The force displacement regression equation before the tensile failure of the rice hull was obtained by the force displacement curve and test data. Moreover, by accomplishing the difference significance analysis of tensile fracture power and modulus of elasticity of rice hull, the causes of abnormal breakage of rice were discussed.
