建成环境对出行行为的影响研究进展与展望

摘要
中国城市正处于快速转型与重构期,城镇化进程不断推进,由此产生的建成环境对塑造和改变居民的出行行为具有重要影响。在此背景下,研究建成环境对居民出行行为的影响对了解居民对建成环境相关要素时空配置的多样化和个性化需求具有重要意义。本文在明晰建成环境定义的基础上,从测度方法、不同方式出行行为、工作与非工作出行行为、因果关系等方面回顾了建成环境影响出行行为的相关研究及最新进展,而后梳理了居民自选择效应对出行行为的影响研究,最后对国内外研究进行了评述,从居民活动出行链的制约、建成环境尺度影响、居民自选择效应、建成环境邻里网络关系等方面展望了有待进一步研究的内容。
        Cities in China are getting along with the rapid transition and reconstruction period at present.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,built environment has an important impact on shaping and changing residents' travel behavior.Under this background,how to optimize the built environment to affect residents' the daily travel demand,and then reduce car ownership and travel carbon emissions,has become an important issue urgently to be researched deeply.Researches on the relationship between built environment and travel behavior has an important significance on understanding the diversity and personalized needs of residents to related elements of build environment.Based on the clear definition of built environment,reviews relevant researches on the built environment and travel behavior from the aspects of causation,measurement,different ways of travel behavior,work and non work travel behavior,and then analyzes the impact of residents' self-selection effect on travel behavior.Finally,based on reviewing the contents and situation of built environment at home and abroad,we prospected the further research direction from the travel chain constraints,built environment scale,residents' self-selection effect and the neighborhood relationship of built environment and so on.
