摘要
文中主要研究机床刚度在复杂工况下的线性变化情况,利用机床实体测量刚度,结合有限元对机床整机模型进行刚度仿真理论计算,绘制刚度特性变化曲线。建立机床串联刚度场模型,找出薄弱环节,即滚动轴承刚度表现出的剧烈的时变特性和非线性特性,是引起系统刚度变化的主因,分析轴承对机床刚度的影响并加以改善。
In this paper, the linear variation of machine tool stiffness under complex working conditions is studied. The stiffness characteristic curve is drawn by measuring the stiffness of machine tool entity and drawing the stiffness theory of machine tool model with finite element method. A series stiffness field model of machine tools is established to find out the weak links, and the stiffness of rolling bearings shows severe time-varying and nonlinear characteristics, which is the main cause of the stiffness change of the system. The influence of bearings on the stiffness is analyzed and improved.
