摘要

目的:探究腕踝针治疗输尿管下段结石内镜术后腰痛效果。方法:选取2018年2月~8月在某院进行诊断与治疗的并被临床医生确诊患有输尿管下段结石内镜术后腰痛的患者70例患者,随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组。对照组的35例患者采用双氯芬酸钠理所卡因肌肉注射治疗,观察组的35例患者采用腕踝针在皮肤常规消毒之后,选用直径0.25mm、长25mm的腕踝针对患者进行治疗,治疗9周后,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:观察组的有效率为88.57%,显著高于对照组的80%(P<0.05),且治疗后第15min后,观察组患者NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针治疗的方法对于治疗输尿管下段结石内镜术后腰痛疗效显著,因此该种治疗方法适用于临床方面的推广。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on low back pain after endoscopic surgery for ureteral calculi.Methods:70 patients who underwent diagnosis and treatment and were diagnosed by the clinician with low-grade ureteral calculi after endoscopic surgery in a hospital from February to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.35 patients in the control group were treated with intramuscular injection of diclofenac sodium lidocaine,35 patients in the observation group were treated with a wrist-twisted needle with a diameter of 0.25 mm and a length of 25 mm after routine skin disinfection.After 9 weeks later,the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%)(P<0.05).After the 15 th minute after treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of wrist-ankle acupuncture on low back pain after endoscopic surgery for ureteral calculi is effective.Therefore,this treatment is suitable for clinical promotion.
