摘要
基于乙苯过氧化氢(EBHP)的热不稳定性,讨论了操作温度、压力和浓度等条件对EBHP热稳定性的影响。同时利用控制论中的三要素理论,分析和讨论了在浓缩系统中工艺流程设计及关键参数选择的主要关注点,提出浓缩过程中的本质安全设计思路。
Based on thermal instability of ethylbenzen hydroperoxide(EBHP), this paper discusses the impacts of operating temperature, pressure and concentration on thermal stability of EBHP. It also analyses and discusses the main focus of process design and key process parameter selection in EBHP concentration system by using the three-element theory in cybernetics. Finally, the paper presents the intrinsic safety design in concentration process.
