摘要
探索本科护生专业自我概念现状及其相关因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表和护理专业自我概念量表整群抽样我校2015级、2016级、2017级本科护生610人进行调查。结果:本科护生专业自我概念呈较积极水平;性别、年级对专业自我概念总均分及灵活性、技能、沟通交流维度有影响(P<0.05);志愿选择、对护理专业的喜欢程度对满意度有影响(P<0.05)。结论:高校应重视护生的专业思想教育,根据护生不同情况采取相应措施,以提高专业自我概念水平。
To explore the relevant factors of professional self-concept among undergraduate nursing students.Methods:Totally 610 undergraduate nursing students by using general information questionnaire and professional self-concept.Result:The total level of professional self-concept among undergraduate nursing students tended to be positive.Gender and grade affected the total score,flexibility,skills and communication dimensions(P <0.05);the voluntary choice and the degree of devotion to nursing professional had an impact only on satisfaction dimension(P<0.05).Conclusions:Universities should attach importance to the nursing professionalism of the undergraduate nursing students,and take measures according to their different situations and then to improve the professional self-concept.
