高压辊磨工艺在有色选矿厂的应用实践及前景分析

摘要
原处理能力14 400 t/d的钼、钨矿选矿厂,增加高压辊磨机超细碎作业后,球磨机给矿粒度由-12 mm变为-6 mm,选矿厂碎、磨系统得到合理匹配,整体处理能力得到有效提升,达到24 000 t/d。论述了选矿厂原三段一闭路破碎工艺(3C-B)改造为高压辊磨粉碎工艺(3C-HPGR-B)的过程,总结了高压辊磨机破碎产品对下游磨矿、浮选作业的节能增效作用,对有色矿山碎、磨工艺的升级改造以及选矿厂节能降耗、扩建增产有一定的借鉴作用。
        In a molybdenum and tungsten concentrator with original capacity of 14 400 t/d, after the addition of HPGR for ultra-fine crushing operation, the feeding size of the ball mill varied from-12 mm to-6 mm, and the crushing and grinding system of the concentrator matched reasonably, thus the whole throughput effectively enhanced reaching 24 000 t/d. The paper narrated the process of renovating original three-segment crushing and ball mill(3C-B) closed circuit crushing to high-pressure high pressure roll grinding process(3C-HPGR-B), and concluded the energy saving and efficiency promotion effects of HPGR products on subsequent grinding and flotation operation, which was of some reference for upgrading renovation of the crushing and grinding process in nonferrous mines as well as the energy saving and throughput enhancement in concentrators.
