摘要
针对锅炉低负荷运行时段,脱硝系统入口烟气温度低于催化剂正常使用温度的问题,对现有的旁路烟道挡板调节进行改进,以国家能源集团双辽发电有限公司机组为例,通过对分散控制系统PID控制算法中放大倍数和积分时间的适当调整,使锅炉在30%~100%负荷区段运行时脱硝系统能够可靠地连续投入。
For the low-load operation period of the boiler, the inlet flue gas temperature of the SCR denitrification system is lower than the normal use temperature of the catalyst, and the adjustment of the existing bypass flue baffle is improved, and the unit of the CHN Energy Shuangliao Gengerating Co.,Ltd. for example, by appropriately adjusting the magnification and integration time in the DCS PID control algorithm, the SCR can be reliably and conti-nuously input when the boiler is operated in the 30% to 100% load section.
