经尿道等离子针状电极行膀胱肿瘤根治性切除术的临床研究

摘要
目的研究经尿道等离子针状电极行膀胱肿瘤根治性切除术的效果。方法回顾性分析100例膀胱肿瘤患者,术前均行组织病理证实为非肌层浸润性膀胱癌,按照手术方式不同分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子切除术,观察组给予经尿道等离子针状电极膀胱肿瘤切除术,记录两组手术出血量、术中并发症、6个月随访情况、闭孔神经反射发生率。结果观察组手术出血量、6个月复发率、闭孔神经反射发生率、术中并发症均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道针状电极在行膀胱肿瘤切除术时具有出血少、闭孔神经反射可控、并发症少等优点。
Objective to study effect of radical resection with transurethral plasma needle electrode for bladder tumors. Methods review and analyze 100 cases bladder tumors patients with histopathology diagnosis of nonmuscular invasive bladder cancer before operation. Divide them into observation group and control group based on different surgical schemes, 50 cases in each group. Control group was treated with transurethral plasma resection of bladder tumors, and observation group with transurethral plasma needle electrode resection of bladder tumors. Record bleeding amount, intraoperative complications, 6-month follow-up and obturator nerve reflex incidence of two groups.Results bleeding volume, 6-month recurrence rate, obturator nerve reflex incidence and intraoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group,(P< 0.05). Conclusion transurethral needle electrode has advantages of less bleeding, controllable obturator nerve reflex and fewer complications during bladder tumor resection.
