摘要

随着国内经济的不断发展,对油气资源的需求量也越来越大。据统计,2018年中国原油对外依存度已达到70.9%,各类海外油气开发项目在过去二十年内取得了飞速发展。同国内相比,海外油气开发项目需要在安全环保的监督管理上投入更大的力度,做好相应的实践建设工作。对此,本文以某海外油气开发项目作为切入点,通过对其建立安全环保监督管理体系的分析,从而就安全环保监督工作的实践应用展开研究,以期为海外油气开发项目的发展奠定良好基础。
        With the continuous development of the domestic economy, the demand for oil and gas resources is also growing. According to statistics, in 2018,China's foreign oil dependence has reached 70.9%, and various overseas oil and gas development projects have achieved rapid development in the past two decades.Compared with domestic, overseas oil and gas development projects need to invest more in the supervision and management of safety and environmental protection, and do the corresponding practical construction work. In this regard, this paper takes an overseas oil and gas development project as an entry point, and through the analysis of its safety and environmental protection supervision and management system, it conducts research on the practical application of safety and environmental protection supervision, in order to lay a good foundation for the development of overseas oil and gas development projects. basis.
