摘要
[目的]以北虫草菌丝、子实体生长及液体菌种TTC酶活力方面的相关指标为依据,对不同来源北虫草菌种C1~C9进行研究,从中筛选出优质菌种。[方法]从菌丝形态、菌丝长速、子实体长势、产量、TTC酶活力、生长周期等方面比较研究,筛选出适宜生产及推广的优质菌种。[结果]从菌丝生长情况来看,C2菌丝菌落直径平均长速最快;C1,C3与其无明显差异,3株菌种的菌丝生长都较浓密;各菌种菌液的TTC酶活力,培养5 d的活力最强,随培养天数的增加酶活力表现为下降趋势,菌种C3菌液TTC酶活力最高;各菌种子实体生长情况,C3的菌丝封面时间短,转色快,子实体产量高,生长周期短。[结论]菌种C3菌丝为橘黄色、致密、厚、菌落边缘整齐、气生性菌丝较少;菌丝封面、封底时间短,菌丝转色快;TTC酶活力强;子实体产量高,生长周期短;菌株C3为筛选的优质菌种。
        [Objective] To select high quality strains of Cordyceps militaris from different sources according to the index of mycelium and fruiting body growth and liquid strain TTC enzyme activity. [Method]The comparative study was conducted from the mycelium morphology,mycelium growth rate,fruiting body growth,fruiting body yield,bacterium liquid TTC enzyme activity,growth cycle,high-quality strain for production and spreading was selected [Result] From the status of mycelial growth,the rate growth of strain C2 is the fastest,the growth rate were not significant among C1,C2,C3,the mycelial growth of three strains were more dense,thick colony mycelium; Enzyme activity of TTC was strongest after five days culture,with the increase of culture time,it showed a downward trend,it was highest in strain C3 bacteria liquid;From the status of fruiting body,strain C3 turn color fast,covering the surface and back of medium short,fruiting body yield high,growth cycle short. [Conclusion]The mycelium of strain C3 is orange,the mycelium colony edge neatly,aerial mycelium few,turn color fast,covering the surface and back of medium short,liquid strain TTC enzyme activity strong,fruiting body yield high,growth cycle short; strain C3 is the high-quality strain.
