CFG桩网复合地基在深厚软弱地基中的研究与应用

摘要
南桂公路K158+500~K180+000段为深厚软弱地基,利用CFG桩网复合地基对软土地基进行处理。通过计算初步确定了CFG桩网复合地基的主要技术参数,基于有限元软件ABAQUS对荷载作用下复合地基的沉降值、水平位移及桩身应力规律进行研究,并从不同的桩长、桩间距及边桩长度等角度进行了仿真计算。最终得出本文推荐的CFG桩网复合地基主要计算参数:桩径为40 cm,桩间距为160 cm,路基中心线附近桩长为8. 5 m,边桩长度为7. 5 m。
        The K158 + 500 ~ K180 + 000 section of Nangui Highway is a deep and weak foundation. This paper uses CFG pile-net composite foundation to treat soft soil foundation. The main calculation parameters of CFG pile-net composite foundation were preliminarily determined. Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the settlement value,horizontal displacement and pile stress law of composite foundation under load were studied,and the pile length and pile spacing were different. The simulation calculation is carried out at the same angle as the length of the side pile. Finally,the main calculation parameters of the recommended CFG pile-net composite foundation are obtained: the pile diameter is 40 cm,the pile spacing is 160 cm,the pile length is 8. 5 m near the centerline of the subgrade,and the length of the side pile is 7. 5 m.
