摘要
研究了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定AD粉中金属铝的实验条件,并建立了分析方法。试样经FeCl_3溶液溶解、过滤后,将金属铝和Al_2O_3、AlN分离,金属铝以Al~(3+)的形式转入溶液中。分析了样品粒度、溶样方法、分析线波长、基体匹配度等对测定结果的影响。在选择的仪器工作参数和实验条件下,相对标准偏差小于1%,样品加标回收率大于98%。该方法取代传统的化学分析法,缩短了分析时间,消除了化学分析方法中Fe(OH)_3沉淀对Al~(3+)的吸附问题。同时消除了其他干扰元素对于金属铝测定结果的影响,分析结果准确、稳定,是一种高效快速测定AD粉中金属铝的分析方法。
        The experimental condition of determining metallic aluminum in AD powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was discussed. The determination method was established. The sample was dissolved with FeCl_3 solution. Aluminum was separated from Al_2O_3 and AlN. It was transferred into solution in the form of Al~(3+). The influence of sample granularity, sample dissolution method, analytical wavelength and substrate on the determination was investigated.Under the selected instrumental parameters and experimental conditions, the relative standard deviation was less than 1% and the sample standard addition recovery was more than 98%. The method replaces the traditional chemical analysis, shortens the analysis time, and eliminates the effect of other interfering elements on the determination results of metal aluminum. The results are accurate and stability. It is an effective and rapid method for the determination of metallic aluminum in AD powder.
