国内外智慧城市群研究与实践述评

摘要
城市群是信息化和城镇化发展过程中的主要空间载体,是区域发展的重要增长极。将智慧城市融合到城市群中,在协同发展的基础上打造智慧城市群,为解决城市群的不平衡发展提供了巨大机遇。阐述了城市群与智慧城市的发展历程、智慧城市群的内涵,认为智慧城市发展契合城市群建设,城市群建设带动智慧城市相关产业发展。梳理了近三年国内外文献以及国内外智慧城市群建设的典型实践,提出了当前我国智慧城市群研究的不足与后续研究的展望。
Urban agglomeration is the main space carrier of the process of informatization and urbanization and is an important growth pole of regional development.The integration of smart cities into urban agglomerations creates wisdom urban agglomerations,which based on coordinated development offers great opportunities for resolving the unbalanced development of urban agglomerations.This paper describes the development process of urban agglomeration and smart city as well as the concept and connotation of wisdom urban agglomeration.It is believed that the development of smart city fits the construction of urban agglomeration and the construction of urban agglomeration drives the development of related industries in smart city.This paper reviews the typical practices of core literature at home and abroad and the construction of wisdom urban agglomerations both at home and abroad in the past three years.This paper puts forward the shortages of the research on China's wisdom urban agglomeration and the prospect of follow-up studies.
