摘要
采用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D,分析了某型号的高压断路器操作弹簧在不同拉伸变形量下的应力变化和应力的分布,同时将模拟值与理论计算值进行了对比分析。分析结果显示:随拉伸变形量的逐渐增大,弹簧所受的载荷呈线性增长;操作弹簧内侧所受应力值大于外侧,在中径处应力值最小,内径处应力值最大。在拉伸行程达100 mm时,操作弹簧未失效,有限元模拟值与理论计算值相符合。
In this paper,the variation and distribution of the stress of the operation spring in a certain high voltage circuit breaker is analyzed under different tensile deformation process by DEFORM- 3D finite element simulation software,and the simulation values are contrasted with the theoretical calculation values. The result shows that the load on spring is in linear growth with the increase of tensile deformation; the stress value inside the operation spring is greater than that of the lateral,the minimum value is at the pitch diameter and the maximum value at the inner diameter. The operation spring works normally when the tensile deformation reaches 100 mm,and the finite element simulation values are consistent with the theoretical calculation values.
