脑卒中所致痉挛型构音障碍的康复训练方法的研究

摘要
目的:研究与分析脑卒中所致痉挛型构音障碍的康复训练方法。方法:选取收治的脑卒中所致痉挛型构音障碍患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规治疗和护理,在此基础上观察组采取语言康复训练。观察对比两组治疗前后Frenchay评分变化以及构音障碍恢复效果。结果:两组护理前Frenchay评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而护理后观察组Frenchay评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组构音障碍恢复总有效率为96.0%高于对照组80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中所致痉挛型构音障碍患者实施语言康复训练的效果非常显著,即可有效恢复患者的语言功能,因此值得临床应用推广。
        Objective:To study and analyze the rehabilitation training methods of spastic dysarthria caused by stroke. Methods: 100 patients with spastic dysarthria caused by stroke in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 50 cases. The control group received routine treatment and care, on the basis of which the observation group received language rehabilitation training. The changes of Frenchay score before and after treatment and the recovery effect of dysarthria were observed and compared. Results: There were no significant differences in the Frenchay scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05); The Frenchay score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of recovery of dysarthria in the observation group was 96.0 %(48/50), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0 %, 40/50)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of language rehabilitation training on patients with spastic dysarthria caused by stroke is very significant, which can effectively restore the language function of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
