摘要

公路工程施工过程中,对于进度的管理需要在计划、执行、检查、分析、调整等多个动态过程中进行循环。做好施工进度计划的衔接,对现场施工进度计划的落实情况进行跟踪监督,结合现场施工需求及实际情况进行必要调整,从而确保工程建设目标的实现。论文阐述了公路工程施工进度管理工作的重要性,分析了公路工程施工进度管理中存在的问题及其对策。
        In the process of highway engineering construction, schedule management needs to be circulated in many dynamic processes such as planning, execution, inspection, analysis and adjustment. Doing a good job of linking up the construction progress plan, tracking and supervising the implementation of the site construction progress plan, and making necessary adjustments according to the site construction demand and actual situation can ensure the realization of the construction objectives. This paper expounds the importance of highway engineering construction progress management, and analyzes the problems and countermeasures in highway engineering construction progress management.
