摘要

随着建筑行业的快速发展,建筑工程中存在的各种问题也逐渐暴露出来。工程管理对促进施工的进度和提高建筑的质量有重要的作用,然而实际施工过程中存在着一些因素影响施工进度和施工质量。因此,一定要重视建筑项目中的施工进度管理和质量管理,保证建筑工程的进度和质量。本文主要分析了在建筑工程中存在的问题及抓好施工进度管理和质量管理的重要性,最后提出了一些应在施工进度管理和质量管理中采取的措施。
        Absrtact:With the rapid development of construction industry, various problems in construction engineering are gradually exposed. Engineering management plays an important role in promoting the progress of construction and improving the quality of buildings. However, in the actual construction process, there are some factors affecting the construction progress and quality. Therefore, we must pay attention to the construction progress management and quality management in construction projects to ensure the progress and quality of construction projects. This paper mainly analyses the existing problems in construction projects and the importance of improving construction progress management and quality management. Finally, it puts forward some measures that should be taken in construction progress management and quality management.
