摘要

施工进度是公路工程建设中的控制重点,施工进度直接影响着公路工程的工序安排、施工成本与工程质量。施工企业应高度重视公路工程施工进度管理,做好施工进度控制。基于此,论文论述了公路工程施工进度控制的重要性与主要流程,重点探讨了公路工程施工进度控制的有效方法。
        Construction schedule is the key point in highway construction.Construction schedule directly affects the process arrangement,construction cost and project quality.Construction enterprises should attach great importance to the construction schedule management of highway projects and do a good job in construction schedule control.Based on this,this paper first discusses the importance and main process of highway construction progress control,and then discusses the effective method of highway construction progress control.
