摘要
过滤网是空气净化器的核心部件,其性能和品质直接影响着净化器的过滤精度和净化效能。介绍了空气净化器过滤网的种类、过滤原理,设计了不同材质过滤网化学性质的探究实验,比较了不同过滤网的过滤效果。结果表明,PET纤维膜和PP纤维膜具有耐酸耐碱、吸湿性差、可燃性等性质;相比较粗效过滤网和活性炭过滤网,HEPA过滤网对颗粒物具有更优的净化效果。
Filter is the core component of air purifier, and its performance and quality have a direct impact on purification efficiency. This paper introduced the air purifier filter from the aspects of species and filtration principle, designed the experimental study on the chemical properties of different filter materials, and compared the filtering effect of different filters. The results showed that PET fiber membrane and PP fiber membrane were resistant to acid and alkali conditions, with poor hygroscopicity and flammability. Compared with coarse filter and activated carbon filter, HEPA filter had better purification effect.
