摘要
钢丝绳是矿井提升中的关键部件,钢丝绳张力不均极易导致提升事故。为减少事故的发生,需要对钢丝绳张力进行实时在线监测。采用压力传感器→无线传输→计算机处理显示的方案对提升钢丝绳张力在线监测系统进行了设计。通过在衬垫内部安装压力传感器测得衬垫所受压力值,然后定量转化为钢丝绳张力值。设计了轮辐式弹性体的结构,并对其进行了优化设计和有限元分析,验证了方案可行性并得到了最优设计参数,最后完成了钢丝绳张力监测系统试验台的搭建。研究结果表明,该系统安全可靠,有效保障了矿井提升的安全运行。
        Wire rope is the key component in mine hoisting, and the uneven tension of wire rope is easy to lead to hoisting accident. In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents, the real-time on-line monitoring of wire rope tension is needed. Pressure sensor→wireless transmission→computer processing display scheme was used to design the on-line monitoring system for lifting wire rope tension. The pressure value of the gasket was measured by installing a pressure sensor inside the gasket, and then the tension value of the steel wire rope was quantitatively transformed into the tension value of the wire rope. The structure of wheel-spoke elastomer was designed and optimized. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by finite element analysis and the optimal design parameters were obtained. Finally, the testing platform of wire rope tension monitoring system was built. The research results show that the system is safe and reliable and can effectively guarantee the safe operation of mine lifting.
