摘要
从建设新升格应用型本科院校师资队伍的重要性与紧迫性入手,分析了目前新升格应用型本科院校师资队伍建设面临师资储备紧缺、师资结构不合理、教学能力与科研能力整体偏弱等方面的困境,进而提出强化人才引入力度,化解人才结构性紧缺问题、优化师资结构,培养双师型教师、营造浓厚教学科研氛围,提升教学能力与科研水平、构建学校教师命运共同体,以期对同类院校建设师资队伍有所裨益。
The paper proposed some strategies including increasing talent introduction to alleviate structural shortage of talents,optimizing team structure by training teachers with double qualifications,building an excellent environment for scientific research to improve teachers' teaching and research and establishing a teachers' community of common future as possible solutions to the difficulties of newly-promoted application-oriented universities in teaching team construction like teacher shortage,irrational team structure,low level of teaching and scientific research,etc.,on the basis of an analysis of the significance and urgency of teaching team construction in these universities.
