华侨华人与“一带一路”视野下的跨文化交流

摘要
民心相通是"一带一路"建设的社会根基。不同文明交流互鉴是实现民心相通的重要路径,也是"一带一路"建设的重要内容。文明的互学互鉴有多种渠道与桥梁,国际移民在跨文化交流中的作用越来越显著。"一带一路"实施方案提出要发挥海外侨胞独特优势作用,积极参与和助力"一带一路"建设。"一带一路"沿线的侨情特点为华侨华人参与"一带一路"建设特别是文明的交流互鉴提供了资源优势。本文按照国际文化传播的"珍珠链模型",主要从中文、中餐、中医、春节、太极等中华文化符号,勤劳节俭等中华传统美德以及天人合一、和而不同、共同富裕等中华核心价值观等方面,分析了华侨华人进行跨文化交流的路径与方式,以及"文化中国"理念与华侨华人的关系及其对于中华文化传播的意义。还分析了推动华侨华人进行跨文化交流的客观因素,提出中国综合国力的提升及"一带一路"重大倡议的实施、海外侨情的新变化以及侨务部门着力打造侨务文化品牌都推动了中华文化的传播。
        The social foundation of "Belt And Road" is the communication between people.Exchanges and mutual learning between different civilizations is an important way to achieve people-to-people bond and an important part of the " Belt And Road" initiative.There are multiple channels and Bridges for civilizations to learn from each other, and international migrants is playing an increasingly significant role in cross-cultural communication.The implementation plan of " Belt And Road" proposes to give play to the unique advantages of overseas Chinese and actively participate in and help the construction of "Belt And Road". The characteristics of overseas Chinese along the "Belt And Road" provide resource advantages for overseas Chinese to participate in the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations. this paper, according to the "Pearl chain model" of cross-cultural communication, analyses the paths and ways of cross-cultural communication, such as Chinese language, Chinese food, Chinese medicine, the Spring Festival, tai chi and other Chinese cultural symbols, some Chinese traditional virtues and Chinese core values,and also the concept of "cultural China" and its relationship with overseas Chinese.It also analyzes the objective factors that promote the cross-cultural communication of overseas Chinese, and puts forward that the promotion of China's comprehensive national strength, the new changes of overseas Chinese and the efforts of overseas Chinese affairs departments to build overseas Chinese cultural brands all promote the spread of Chinese culture.
