摘要
将ASP.NET技术与SQL Server数据库技术相结合,根据A公司对客户信息管理的实际需求,设计与实现了客户信息管理系统。该系统利用信息化管理方式实现将公司客户信息由纸质、零散的记录管理方式升级为统一、规范的信息化管理,不仅提高了公司信息化管理水平,对公司市场营销、客户服务分析也有一定的帮助。
This paper designs and implements the customer information management system according to the A company's actual demand for customer information management. The system is based on the combination of ASP.NET technology and SQL Server database technology. Using the system can upgrade the company's customer information from paper records and scattered records. It uses means of information managementto be unified and standardized information management. It can also improve the company's information management, and help the customer service analysis.
