摘要

北京纵横机电科技有限公司(简称:纵横公司)列车制动系统的阀类产品生产具有小批量、多种类、订单波动大等特点。以阀类产品生产为研究对象,建立起生产现场"透明化"管理机制,实现产能损失因素快速识别,从"临时"和"长期"两个角度针对性提出问题解决方案,并评估实施效果,形成新的技术规范和管理流程,不断地提高现场管理标准和生产效率。
        Valve production of train braking system in ZEMT are known as small batch,multiple types and huge fluctuation of order.This paper takes valve production as the research target,builds the‘Transparent Management'system in our production line,then achieve the fast recognition for productivity-loss factors.In addition,the paper puts forward specific solutions on those problems from the shore-term and long-term perspectives as well as assesses the practical effects,forms new technical specification and management procedure.It has been proved that these jobs boost the standard of on-site management and production efficiency consecutively.
