基于多元协同视角的高校基层党建工作机制创新研究

摘要
高校基层党组织是高校全部工作和战斗力的基础,承担着领导高校改革、发展,维护高校稳定以及巩固党在高校的领导地位和执政基础的重要使命。针对当前高校基层党组织凝聚力较弱、战斗力不强以及党建工作效能不高的现实难题,以协同理论为基础,探索并构建多元联动的基层党建协同工作机制,以此推动基层党建工作效能最大化,切实提升基层党建工作的质量和效果。
The grassroots party organization is the foundation of all the work and fighting force in colleges and universities.It undertakes the important mission of reforming, developing, stabilizing and consolidating the party′s leading position and ruling foundation.In view of the current difficult problems in grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities, such as weak cohesion, weak combat effectiveness and ineffective party construction, based on the synergy theory,we explore and build multiple collaboration mechanism of grassroots party organizations to promote the maximization of grassroots party construction efficiency, improve the quality and effectiveness of grassroots party construction in colleges and universities.
