受火压力管道爆破断裂原因分析

摘要
文章针对超临界乙烯输送受火后发生爆破断裂的不锈钢管道材料进行了检测、对比分析,研究结果表明部分管道金属材料受到大火燃烧高温的影响,强度降低,晶粒长大,管道断裂的断口为沿晶开裂,断口处有明显的塑性变形,管道金属由于火烧,导致材料强度降低,韧性过载断裂,故无法再利用。
        In this paper, the chemical composition analysis and hardness measurement of stainless steel pipeline materials related to supercritical ethylene transportation were carried out. The mechanical properties of the fired and non-fired pipeline materials were tested and the metallographic structure was compared. The results show that some pipe metal materials are affected by the high temperature of the fire, which lead to the reduced strength, the grown grain, the fracture of the pipe breaks along the crystal, and obvious plastic deformation at the fracture. The toughness overload fracture caused by the decrease of material strength after the fire burning of the pipe metal, make it unsuitable for use.
