摘要
讨论创新、创业和本科教学三者之间关系,认为创新是创新创业教育的基础和核心,创业是创新的延续和有效载体,应用型本科的创新创业教育要紧紧围绕创新这个核心展开。专业能力培养是本科创新教育的基础,本科创新教育离不开专业能力的支撑,离开了专业能力培养的创新只能是空想。因此本科创新创业教育必须立足专业能力培养,进而加强创新创业素质教育。最后以我校能源与动力工程为例,阐述专业人才培养方案、课程体系和课程教师队伍建设如何与创新创业教育匹配,专业教学过程如何立足专业能力培养又充分考虑创新创业教育,实践证明基于这种方式能有效提升学生的工程能力、创新能力与创新意识。
        Discussing the relationship among innovation,entrepreneurship and undergraduate teaching,the author holds that innovation is the foundation and core of innovation and entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship is the continuation and effective carrier of innovation,and innovation and entrepreneurship education for applied undergraduates should focus on innovation. Professional competence training is the basis of undergraduate innovative education,which can not be separated from the support of professional competence. Innovation without professional competence training can only be fantastic. Therefore,the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education must be based on professional ability training,and then strengthen the quality education of innovation and entrepreneurship. Finally,taking our school's energy and power engineering as an example,this paper elaborates how to match the professional talent training program,curriculum system and the construction of curriculum teachers with innovative entrepreneurship education,how to base on the professional ability training and fully consider innovative entrepreneurship education in the professional teaching process. Practice has proved that this way can effectively enhance students' Engineering ability,innovative ability and innovative consciousness.
