摘要
为了解决爆破振动监测过程中在土壤、边坡等非理想条件下的测点难于固定传感器及固定可靠度低的问题,在分析爆破振动监测固定传感器现行方法特点及现场监测需求的基础上,提出了在非理想条件下固定振动传感器的新方法——三角台法、万向台法,详细介绍了其结构、原理、操作方法、适用条件及效果分析。三角台法、万向台法在使用条件上软硬互补,解决了在绝大多数情况下的测点固定传感器的难题,和现有的粘贴法固定传感器构成了一套完整的固定方法体系,保证了振动传感器现场安放固定的可靠度以及振动数据的精确度,使爆破振动现场监测细节工作更加科学、规范。
        In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to fix the sensor and the low reliability of the fixed sensor in the process of blasting vibration monitoring under the non-ideal conditions such as soil and slope, this paper puts forward the new method of fixing sensor under the non-ideal conditions on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the current method of fixing sensor and on-site monitoring requirements. The new method including triangular pyramid platform method and universal platform method, its structure, principle, operation method, applicable conditions and effect analysis are introduced in detail; they are relatively complemented each other in terms of using conditions, which solves the difficulty of fixing sensor in most cases, and constitute a complete set of fixed method system with existing sticking method,which ensures the reliability of fixing vibration sensor and the accuracy of vibration data, and makes spot detail work of monitoring blasting vibration more scientific and standardized.
