情感护理疗法在阴性症状精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:分析阴性症状精神分裂症患者应用情感护理的临床护理效果。方法:选择2015年1月至2018年6月在本院住院治疗的92例阴性症状精神分裂症患者,根据护理方法不同将其分为两组,对两组护理阴性症状改善情况及满意度进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者经护理后SANS量表在意志缺乏、情感淡薄、思维贫乏、情趣/社交缺乏及注意障碍5个项目中的评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.65%(44/46)显著高于对照组的80.43%(37/46)(P<0.05)。结论:情感护理疗法可根据阴性症状精神分裂症患者的病情、症状分析结果查找病因,针对性开展情感交流,帮助患者排解困难、疏导情绪,使患者重新学会表达情感和意愿,科学调节情绪,改善阴性症状以恢复正常的生活。
        Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of emotional nursing in patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms. Methods: Ninety-two patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The improvement of nursing negative symptoms and satisfaction were compared. Results: The scores of the SANS scales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05) in the six items of lack of will, low emotion, lack of thinking, interest/social deficiency and attention disorder. The degree of 95.65%(44/46) was significantly higher than that of the control group [80.43%(37/46)](P < 0.05).Conclusion: Emotional care therapy can find the cause according to the condition and symptom analysis of patients with schizophrenia, and conduct emotional communication to help patients solve difficulties and ease emotions, so that patients can learn to express emotions and wishes, scientifically adjust emotions and improve negative symptoms to restore normal life.
