加强护理措施干预对呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响分析

摘要
目的评价加强护理措施干预对呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率的影响。方法收集2010年至2016年医院呼吸内科及ICU使用的呼吸机患者的相关资料,比较加强护理措施监管和干预前后两组患者的VAP发病率。结果加强护理措施监管和干预前,VAP发病率为每千机械通气日29.01例,加强护理措施监管和干预前后,VAP发病率为每千机械通气日15.66例,VAP发病率明显下降,RR=0.54(95%CI 0.51~0.57)。结论加强护理措施干预能有效地降低患者VAP发病率。
        Objective To evaluate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the incidence of ventilatorassociated pneumonia. Methods To collect the relevant data of patients with ventilators used in the Department of respiratory medicine and ICU from 2010 to 2016, and compare the incidence of VAP between the two groups before and after strengthening nursing supervision and intervention. Results Before strengthening the supervision and intervention of nursing measures, the incidence of VAP was 29.01 cases per 1000 mechanical ventilation days. Before and after strengthening the supervision and intervention of nursing measures, the incidence of VAP was 15.66 cases per 1000 mechanical ventilation days, and the incidence of VAP decreased significantly, RR=0.54(95% CI 0.51~0.57). Conclusion To implement the strengthening nursing measures intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).
