摘要
为了将无铬钝化技术应用于镀锡板的工业生产,采用一种含钛无铬钝化液对镀锡板表面进行钝化处理,通过X射线荧光光谱、扫描电子显微镜、漆膜附着力、抗硫试验、中性盐雾试验等方法对无铬钝化镀锡板表面和性能进行了测试。结果表明:膜重为1~3 mg/m~2的无铬钝化膜的综合性能最佳,其漆膜附着力和抗硫性能与铬酸盐钝化镀锡板相当;同时降低钝化膜膜重有利于提高漆膜附着力,且其耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能优于铬酸盐钝化镀锡板。
The surface of the tinplate was passivated by a titanium-containing chromium-free passivation solution to obtain a chromium-free passivated tinplate. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,adhesion ability between tinplate and coating,sulfur resistance test,neutral salt spray test and other methods were used to test the surface and properties of chrome-free passivated tinplate. Results showed that the comprehensive performance of chrome-free passivated tinplate was the best when the weight of chrome-free passivated film was 1-3 mg/m~2. The adhesion ability between tinplate and coating and the sulfur resistance of the film were equivalent to those of the chromate passivated tinplate. The weight reduction of the passivated film was beneficial to the improvement of the adhesion ability. Furthermore,the corrosion resistance of chrome-free passivated tinplate for neutral salt spray was better than that of chromate passivated tinplate.
