摘要

基于对职业教育的重视和对职业技能竞赛重要性的认识,俄罗斯立足本国国情,分析国际职业技能竞赛的发展趋势,迅速建立起了一套层次分明、内涵丰富的国家职业技能竞赛体系,并将职业技能竞赛作为一项国家战略来推进。从层次上,职业技能竞赛体系分为三层,分别是联邦主体选拔赛、联邦区选拔赛和全国职业技能大赛。从类型上,其职业技能竞赛分为三种,以世界技能大赛为目标的全国职业技能大赛,以高新技术的发展和推广为导向的未来技能大赛和以职业启蒙、职业兴趣开发为导向的青少年技能大赛。通过总结俄罗斯职业技能竞赛的成功经验,立足本土情况,我国应加大对职业技能竞赛工作的支持和宣传,多措并举吸引行业企业参与职业技能竞赛,加快建设具有国际化视野和竞争力的专业人才队伍。
        Based on the emphasis on vocational education and the understanding of the importance of skills competition, Russia based on its national conditions, analyzed the development trend of international vocational skill competitions and quickly established a set of hierarchical and rich national vocational skill competition systems, and promoted the vocational skill competition as a national strategy. In terms of level, the vocational skill competition system is divided into three levels, namely the In-Federal District Competition, the Federal Districts Competition and the National Skills Competition. In terms of type, there are three kinds of vocational skill competitions, the National Vocational Skill Competition aiming at the WorldSkills competition, the Future Skill oriented to the development and promotion of high-tech, and youth oriented by professional enlightenment and professional interest development. By summarizing the successful experience of the Russian vocational skill competition and based on the local situation, China should increase support and publicity for the vocational skills competition, take measures to attract industry enterprises to participate in skills competitions and accelerate the construction of professionals' team with international vision and competitiveness.
