摘要
羽毛球运动是一项对身体协调性和平衡能力要求很高的激烈运动项目,运动员平衡能力提升对于攻防转换的速度以及战术布置及实施的灵活性都有重要的意义。本文从羽毛球运动员平衡能力的重要性着手,分析了人体核心部位与核心稳定性之间的关系,对核心区功能训练与平衡能力提升进行了研究,最后对羽毛球运动员平衡能力的训练方法进行了讨论。
Badminton is a fierce sport that requires high physical coordination and balance ability. The improvement of athletes' balance ability is of great significance to the speed of attack and defense conversion,as well as the flexibility of tactical arrangement and implementation. Starting from the importance of balance ability of badminton players,this paper analyses the relationship between core body part and core stability,studies the functional training of core area and the improvement of balance ability,and finally discusses the training methods of balance ability of badminton players.
